Join us for a women’s group designed to explore the challenges of vulnerability, energy, and social experiences in our quest for meaningful connections. You can expect time for processing and key take aways for understanding and challenging the stuck spots on your own journey. There will be discussion, journaling and learning. We will get into the delicate balance of mid-life expectations and the personal unravelling that occurs as we search to feel both more connected to ourselves or our purpose and also a genuine desire to find and maintain connections to other women.
